Our little brother used to collect different kinds of plastic bottle caps, and during our cleaning, we found a whole plastic bag filled with multicolored bottle caps. So we decided to put these bottle caps to use and create these cute little felt bottle caps!
First of all, you'll need your materials. For this project, we used some felt, the bottle caps, a pair of scissors, a needle and thread, and double sided tape.
Here are some templates of designs you can use. You can also design some animals, bugs, and even your initials!
Okay, so first you use the template to draw on the felt with a pencil. Cut it out and stick it on top of the bottle cap with double sided tape. Cut out a strip of felt and stick it around the bottle cap.
And there you have a lemon felt bottle cap.
Here's an example of one we did of a strawberry and a leaf. We used the needle and thread to sew the details on.
Cut off the excess felt at the bottom of there is any.
And there you have your cute and unique felt bottle caps!
